Who We Are
The NCCL was created in 2011 in response to the closing of the public library branches. The Third Presbyterian Church saw a need for the library and provided the space and a grant to get it started. Although we are a separate entity, the Third Presbyterian Church has a been a great supporter of the library with the continued donation of safe space for children to learn and grow.
What We Do
Provide a safe supervised environment to foster cognitive and social development through innovative programs and free access to books, games, computers, tablets, we offered tutoring hygiene kits, school supplies crafts and arts and snack.
