The purposes of the Association shall be: to assist in the preservation and improvement of Vinegar Hill Neighborhood assist in the prevention of crime; work on the addition of community green spaces; fostering of civic pride; to promote collaboration and utilize our community resources; encourage community engagement through neighborhood events; to foster an understanding of the opportunities in the Vinegar Hill Neighborhood by the city staff and elected officials to encourage and offer assistance to citizens wishing to participate in the affairs of local, regional, and state government.
