The HAP Foundation, with deep community roots, proudly expands upon that focus providing expert hospice and palliative care education and research. The commitment is to positively impact the experience and future of advanced illness and end of life. This means empowering individuals to make informed choices, and connection to resources that strengthen the continuity of care through the end of life. Expanding on our commitment, The HAP Foundation proudly offers support through association management, consultations for hospice and palliative care programs and a speaker’s bureau of experienced leaders for events.
