Who We Are
We are a vital part of the homeless and poverty stricken community in the Springfield area. We daily serve the community by providing emergency and transitional shelter with life skills training as well as food, clothing, financial assistance and referrals to community resources.
What We Do
Contact Ministries was established in 1978 as a social service agency with a commitment to help meet the basic needs of those in Springfield and the surrounding area. We provide free clothing through placement of red carts outside daily and Basement Boutique shopping on Wednesdays. We provide emergency and transitional housing for women and women with children, including boys up to the age of 17.
